So I went to go get my cholesterol checked today. It was good. She said my cholesterol was a little low (0.98 mmol/L) which normally is too low but is ok for me because I have a very very low LDL(bad) cholesterol level, in fact so low her device could not even read my LDL levels lol. Over all my blood pressure 119/ 68 mmHg she said was fantastic and over all I am in very good health even now a days for my age.. Not bad for a fasting vegan I may say :) Going back in 3 months :) Also getting my sugar levels read soon:) wish me luck!
