So Im just going to give a short continuation of some of the story of my life today. After we lived in sweet home for almost two years we moved to Lebanon. We rented a big two story farm house on 300 acres with a driveway about a half a Mike long. This was far and above my absolute favorite place as a child. I would lose myself daily on that property. Some of my grandest adventures were on that acreage. I knew every square inch of that property. I remember creating miles and miles of roads, along with my brothers Bob and Larry and my sister Linda, using Tonka dump trucks and road graters. We built some of the best roads ever made by kid kind. I remember one year it snowed so much and we took galvanized roofing curled the front of it back and made a sled out of it. Oh my god we soared down that hill, until we hit the fence at the bottom of course lol. But flipping over that was even fun. Some of my best childhood memories came from that old place. We lived there during the Columbus day storm and I remember watching the roof a small garage go flying through the air. We also lived there when president Kennedy was assassinated. I remember my mom crying when she heard the news. Im not sure but I think that was the first place we had a tv. Black and white. I remember we had a wood stove and wood cook stove. My dad would get up in the morning before its kids and get a fire going so it was warm for us. My mom would have breakfast ready for us when we got up. And I remember during the winter it was cold in our bedrooms and my parents would heat up bricks on the wood stove, wrap them in a towel and we would put them at our feet to keep them warm. There were so many memories from that old house and most of them were very good. I loved living in that house. So Ill probably skip a day or two and let you all know a little bit more about the life that brought me to who I am. To be continued.......
