So Im new to this group... Quite by accident I became a BG fan. This is my guy Griffey. I know... Really original name. Anyway he was discarded by his original owners b/c ( from what I was told) he was too much dog for them. He then went to approx 3 more homes before I agreed to foster him with 2 perspective adopters in mind. When he arrived he was intact and had absolutely no basics. That was 9 yrs ago, and I must say he is THE BEST dog Ive ever owned. He achieved his CGC and does therapy dog work! He has never so much as curled a lip at anyone! Im a professional trainer as well and he is used as a helper dog as he is so rock solid...love, love, love this breed!!
