So... Iv been doing a bit of soul searching this week. Been feeling very up and down. The downs have been shit. Felt really really crap. Felt like no matter wat I did I was annoying people.. This was NOT my intention. Often find myself trying to please ppl/help them, go about it the wrong way and it backfires.. #ownworstenemy Ya see I feel I have one of those personalities where ppl either get me or I drive them absolutely mad. And thats fine.. Thinking back to a Facebook post I once saw, would u rather be one persons tequila or everyones cup of tea?!?!? Eh.. Tequila baby!! And thats just me. So if my posts annoy u and I know for a fact they do annoy ppl, please please PLEASE block them from your newsfeed or go the whole way and unfriend me. Its nothing personal, I wont take offence and I dont mind 😘 Iv found myself posting status lately and then deleting them for fear of wat ppl think-shes showing off, shut up about your squats, who cares how many places are free in the bootcamp.. But then, thats their shit.. Facebook is wat it is--so Im gonna go back to posting wats on my mind and Im gonna stop over analysing shit.. Ill post about my training, Ill post about my goals, which by the way, I hit my 90KG squat on Wednesday, with a huge thanks to the one person that motivates me to my max, for pissing me off to the point where I smashed it 👏 (I did post about it but then deleted).. Ill post when Im having a crap day and everything else in between... Way too many ppl have told me over the past 2 years that my posts have got them exercising, gave them belief in themselves, motivated them etc so for each and everyone of u--lets get back to business 👍
