So, Ive been thinking about and working toward a dramatic physical transformation, over the past year. Some thanks to Michael Baker & Brian Forget for inspiration (and others who dont allow themselves to be tagged!). Ive reached my first goal, which was to drop down to the weight I was in high school (126 lbs), and am ready for my next challenge. Im eating well and am very active. I dont have all kinds of money for powders/shakes etc., as Im looking to invest in a personal trainer until I know what Im doing (sculpting).. So, who would yall recommend, and what is the approximate hourly rate charged, and how often should I use him/her ? It could seem like Ive never done the gym thing before, because I dont know where to start, but I have.. The difference being: now I wont be going there to just get in shape.. I want strength.. A LOT of it 💪 Thanks in advance for any direction offered!
