So Ive seen ppl cook and freeze meals. Ive decided to do it for when I go into hospital so my partner still eats healthy and Im going to give some to his mum as she works huge hrs and her Heath is going down hill due to not eating well. Ive been through the albums and got out what I think I will cook, but Im after some general advice - rice? Do you cook and freeze it or cook it fresh once meal is defrosted? Do you jst dish out of the Chinese container onto a plate and heat into microwave? Or does it have to go back into the slow cooker? And are there any meals people DONT recommend freezing? Thanks in advance.
