So Mackenzie and I took the Mazda to the car wash today. We were so excited to get it washed and so interior detailing done. No seat upholstery cleaning they were fine. We wait inside the lobby for the car to be finished. A man came in to say the car was ready. He hands me the keys and I give him a generous tip. I walk over to the passenger side and see the back door os missing the trim by the window. (A large piece) I open the door to tell Mackenzie and is see the passenger front seat is soaked. ( not just wet but wet like a sponge.) I go back to the man I gave the tip to and explain the situation. He shrugged his shoulders and said oh it broke and walked away. I freaked out. Yes me.shocking I know. The man brought me the broken piece muttered something and went to get his manager. The manager just said sorry and they will order a replacement part. I was mad not because something happened to the car. Accidents happen but not to say something immediately and blow it off is not ok. Be honest...that is all.
