So, a doctor told me that I was borderline obese, and needed to start looking at eating less. At my height and weight (irrelevant factors for fitness), my BMI read that I was at the cusp between overweight and obese. Listen, the BMI is utter bullocks. Your weight and your height cannot accurately determine your bodymass, because muscle weighs more than fat per volume occupied. Throw away scales altogether. Unless youre competing in a weight class sport, knowing your weight is virtually irrelevant to your healthy fitness. Im heading off to eat another meal in honor of my BMI. :P
