So after dealing with Century Link / Prism over my rediculous bill, them shutting me off constantly because my bill was showing I owed $850 at on point, $535 at another and so on, I finally got it resolved the other day and they ended up owing ME money. Then on Wednesday the internet went out. After another hour on the phone (thank you Trish), they said it was a tech issue and theyd send someone out today. 2 days with no internet. Trish took the day off for this. They were supposed to be here at 8am. They didnt show until 2pm. He tells us that for some reason, we were shut off due to a large bill lol. He then states thst they couldve turned it back on over the phone he didnt need to come out afterall. So now theres an entire day lost from work dealing with this. How do I approach this when I call them? Im very frustrated.
