So.... after living in our house almost a year it has been brought to our attention that we are not allowed to use sidewalk chalk on the porch, sidewalk, or door. It dries things out and makes it crack, then what are we gonna do? I told her, it wipes right off with a wet cloth or water hose.. then just buy your child a chalk board, and keep it off my stuff. I wonder what would have happened if we had put up a swing set, or ball goal... now I FULLY understand why this set of houses are never occupied for long. I couldnt understand, they are so cute, sound and our mantinance man is pretty good...never bothers us, but when ole lady McKenzie gets herself in it....wow, it kinda breaks my heart. I hate to leave, but one of Grayce FAVORITE things is chalk. Now how do I tell her we cant draw anymore when shes been doing it whenever she wanted....and btw, she has a chalk board, its just NOT the same.
