So after receiving no reply from the IGs email requesting vehicle status I replied all and said the following to Mr. Tipton and his cohorts: Team IAL, Thank you all for making an overseas PCS just a little harder and more stressful on my family. Your lack of communication and urgency shows how little regard you have for the sacrifices that every military member makes on your behalf. Every time you get in your car, safe and secure, I want you to think about the hundreds of families around the world that cannot do the same because of your incompetence. I look forward to watching the inevitable congressional hearing and revocation of your contract. It will be an absolute pleasure doing business with AAL again. It probably wont help my family of 5 get wheels any faster, but at least I feel a little better :)
