So as I left work today I was in a HORRIBLE mood...Class A stink bomb of a mood. Computers didnt work, work piled up, tried to pay a million dollars worth of bills with 20 bucks couldnt scratch my butt with both hands kind of bad day. Barry West & Chris Franken had asked us to dinner, I called Barry: Cathe: Barry I am foul you dont want to be around me. Barry: But I have a surprise for you Cathe: I dont want a surprise I am as mean as a snake and I will ruin yall plans....please let me spin in my own hatefulness alone Barry : Please come I promise if you trust me. Arg famous last words I just knew I would hate the movie and everything. So I plaster on a smile. Chris buys dinner which was very sweet and I try to wiggle free of my own rottenness. Off we go to Barrys house to watch a movie. He shows me Cold Mountain.....which is ok and I thought this will be ok.. Barry says close your eyes for a minute...I complied...Then I hear it...Christmas music The Concert series of The Christmas Carol to be exact. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. Of course I cried like a girl...but so did he....I loved it. The line that spoke to me the most (and its why I love Christmas even though yall make fun) CHRISTMAS IS KIND CHRISTMAS IS NEAR CHRISTMAS IS THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE YEAR. Sigh :) I shall sleep well.....and Merry Christmas!
