So chemo was cancelled after being started yesterday because of concerns of the neuropthy in my hands arent getting any better. They are concerned about permanent damage. They say I have other alternatives that they can try but are gonna call me next Wed. to see if its any better because they started me on a new med just for the neurpothy. They say I can miss up to 4 chemos so we will just have to pray on it and see how God wants hings to work out. I have also started developing allergies not only to the chemo which is a skin rash. Im now allergic to both contrast given for CT/MRIs, iodine and codine. So now I have epi pens just in case I develop a food or med allergy. Im as positive as I can be but things are eally starting to take a toll on my body. I;m losing my nails, my skin is paper thin, my skin is pealing and flaking, Ive lost a lot of skin on my feet. Im swollen. So keep the prayers coming that they can find the right combo for me. They did mention that they have had people discontinue with chemo but they would like to have it shrunk more because they take the chance that it could spread with surgery. Im leaving it in Gods hands for only he knows what is in my future.
