So disappointed with Planet X- again! Bought an XLS in August, took it out on the trials about 2 weeks ago after the first bit of adverse weather, and this is how it ended up.... Ok, these things happen, but how does the company deal with it to rectify? First they arrange for the bike to be collected. They didnt tell me the bike needed to be repacked so DPD refused to take it. Having called PX to get them to send me a cardboard bike so I can return it to them, they agreed and ensured me I would have this by last Wednesday. Well, here we are, Monday morning, I still have the bust bike and no box to speak of. And no bike to ride. Thanks Planet X.
