So far my diet has been....... no meat, no bread, no salt, very very light sugar. Just vegetables, some fruit (natural sugar) and water. Not easy, but its not hard either. I had headaches when I first started. Cravings are still there, some days stronger than others, but my self-control is getting stronger too. I havent stepped on a scale yet, but I feel very light on my feet. Just getting right, 2015 will be my year. Gotta claim it. #takecharge #jovonlawrence #healthydude
