So guys and gals of my facebook, I have started a blog! For those who dont know over this past summer I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and depression. Through these past months I let it get really out of hand and reached one of the lowest points of my entire life. This blog is going to be the way I express myself, and really confront myself, and the challenges I will face through out the process of overcoming and coping with my illness.
