So here is my gripe...Tell me if I am wrong... 1. I Approach Superbike Network and Duran Craig to supply me with a complete R1 front end. 2 He offers a GSXR front end and sends me the first two pics. 3. I tell him (in writing) I want the Shocks, triples, calipers, discs,axle, clipons,brake master, brake hoses and resevoir. 4. I ask him to send me a close up of the brakes...just be sure. He sends me the third pic. 5. We agree on a price and I pay. 6.Two weeks later the parts in the 4th pic arrive.....WTF!!! 7. I call Duran...He tells me he has split the parts so that if the parcel goes missing we dont lose all the spares.....Alarm bells are ringing. 8. After much begging the parts in the 5th pic arrive......WTF!!! Yamaha discs, a clutch perch and a master cylinder assembly in pieces.... 9. I call again...after the 4th attempt he answers. I ask him where my parts are...he asks me to email a list....wtf...does he not already have a list of parts I paid for. 10.Another parcel arrives......wtf.....pic6 is some hoses that dont even fit probably scratched out of some pile. All I can use is the resevoir. 11. So Mr Craig, where the heck is my axle and braided hoses and gsxr discs? You have been paid for these parts. 12. This is not a made up story people. I have all email communication between myself and Duran Craig. I explained that I would be buying 2 or 3 front ends per year and look forward to a long relationship. I did not expect to get stiffed on the very first sale. I even threatened small claims court but is it really worth the hassle?? My advice when buying from this person is to go there in person to make sure you get what you paid for and if doing mail order rather get someone to collect for you.
