So here it is, guys. For those of you that dont know, I set myself a goal to compete in my first bikini competition this year and today is day 1 of my official pre-comp prep. Although I still dont know the date of my competition (Im sure my coach, Tony will tell me one day...) I know its not far away which means its time to kick things up a notch. Confession time: theres a part of me thats wanted to keep it all a secret (in case I fail), but I believe so strongly in leading by example and being the best, most authentic version of myself, theres absolutely no way Im hiding this now. Transparency all the way. And after enjoying our holiday as much as we did (thanks Rebecca and Jonathan for making sure we finished it off with a bang), Im so freaking excited to be training again!!! Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far...Im going to definitely need your help to make this happen, and Im putting it out there, you can hold me accountable too. Bring it on!!
