So heres a thing, a prospective member comes in who has been training with a non-ironworks PT and was given the following advice; You dont need to worry about training legs... Let me just say right now, this is total horses**t. Your legs need to be trained at least once a week, training them properly will not only shape you, help you build mass and tone your core, but doing compound leg exercises (eg; squats) will actually increase your bodys production of testosterone which will assist your upper body to grow too. For those people who train here, you already know this, but for those at other gyms ant not training legs, DO SO, i promise you wont regret it! And that concludes todays sermon. Peace.
