So heres some fire safety education for all of you. Ive been telling everyone about this and noone seems to listen, hookah pens/electronic cigarettes shouldnt be used inside as they pose as very possible means of tripping fire alarm systems. Which is costly to building owners and can cause public safety issues. Yes I know youre gonna say but wait, you just blew straight into the smoke detector, and doesnt hookah pens evaporate? Well, smoke rises and pools up in the ceiling, where ALL smoke detectors are mounted, and while itll appear that it dissapears, all it actually does is spread out. So keep this in mind, in the sense of fire alarm systems, smoking the hookah pen in public buildings poses just as much if not more, of a threat to tripping fire alarms than smoking cigarettes or burning food.
