So is it just me or the @TxTag the worst run organization ever? If you have a TxTag and you negative on your tag balance you have to CALL IN and wait on hold for more than 15 minutes, if you can even get through. In addition, they charge you an additional $8.50 reactivation charge for you TxTag if you go in the negative... I call bullshit. Meanwhile, my other vehicles that don;t have a TxTag get a nice monthly bill I can pay online with a slightly higher toll rate and a $1.00 pay by mail fee. I will pay them their $1.22 i went over an not a penny more then I will rip up and throw away that shitty TxTag. Eff these people. Eff the toll roads.
