So, it was two days to my flight to Prague and I couldnt sleep. See, the Czech government hadnt finished processing my visa. I had already had that uncomfortable maybe you should spend you spring semester in NY conversation with the NYU Prague director, I had the staff at NYU Prague checking up on the Czech Ministry while I kept calling the NY Consulate everyday just to check on it but nothing. So, finally at around 3am in the morning, I decided that maybe I was being selfish for wanting to study abroad in Europe when I was already studying abroad and maybe I should just reroute my semester and maybe ghoulash didnt taste that amazing after all and it was completely unnecessary for me to spend a semester immersing myself in the beauty that is Prague. Then a few hours later, I call the Consulate as is my habit and find out that MY VISA HAS BEEN APPROVED AND IS READY FOR PICKUP!!! Am going to Prague yall. AM GOING TO PRAGUE!!
