So just a quick update before my computer crashes. Had a great party. Seems like everyone enjoyed the food, and we even got cupcakes from Kampala. Im sure it was the first time most of them ate one because no one knew what it was. We handed out gifts and there was a lot of clapping whenever anyones name was called. They were so excited with everything. For the guy who had never slept in a bed before we gave him a nice thick blanket. He was pretty happy and everyone clapped when they saw it. The teachers and a couple of workers got deodorant. I dont think anyone knew what it was or how to use it but I think Angela was telling them. We did a game where everyone says what they want for Christmas and you have to remember what everyone wants. There were no wishes for IPODs or laptops or anything like that. Let me see if I can try to remember the list, a cloth, roasted pork, a plate, earrings, shoes, food, a cup, yogurt, an apple, a huge soda, and fresh milk. I think the list would be quite different at home. Tried to do most of the dishes tonight because we go to Kampala tomorrow. So much to do. I have to say goodbye to the kids in the morning. I will not cry. I will not cry, but I do have extra Kleenex just in case.
