So, lately, i have had a lot on my mind, funny you should ask dear facebook... the past 10 months have been quite the trip. a lot has happened. a lot has changed. and a lot has stayed the same. ive taken it all in stride and just keep putting one foot in front of the other. ive dedicated a lot of my time to my job. i love my job. managing has been a great role for me to step into. it humbles me. ive been serving since i was 15(we all know chuck e. cheese was awesome!). thats half of my life. and i am constantly growing and learning. people are a deep passion of mine and i take pride in taking care of them. this industry is not for everyone, but if you are in it, then you know what it takes and you can empathize with humans on a different level. humans are cool. i like them. and i like good food and drink. together, magikal and harmonious things can happen. so remember to love your server and their kitchen...they help to nourish you. they help to feed your belly and quench your thirst. they help you enjoy a night away from home. so get out there, and support your local restaurants and their staff.
