So, lets break down the police state for anyone doubting what stage of panic we should be in: We have the government that can illegally spy on us and thereby find out anything they want.Add that to the fact that despite the 4th amendment theres the Stop and Frisk law which allows police to detain and search anyone they want, and then theres the Civil Fortfeiture law that allows them to take anything they find while doing it. So, these constitutional amendments Ive been on about, the ones that allow us to own things without reporting that we own them, the most basic of American freedoms, these laws that are effectively reversed otherwise the terrorists win, these things are really happening now. So am I an alarmist? Because the government are the terrorists. This is evidence. You tell me what this looks like.
