So monday came. First monday of the year. You missed your first workout of the year that you swore to yourself that you would do. Finally. DO NOTTTTTTTT Scrap that goal and beat yourself up for failing yet again. DO NOT. freakin another day is coming tomorrow. Learn from it. What pulled you off track? Plan better for the next day! Dig into WHY you wanted to do this in the first place. Has that reason suddenly disappeared? Then neither should your commitment to seeing it through! Regardless of slip ups! What lethargy are you tired of? What confidence do you want to have in front of your spouse at night? What sport do you want to be able to teach your kid. Come the freak ON! YOURE WORTH IT! Darnit.
