So proud of Christina for participating in the Project Astro Moonwatch tonight. It is an Outreach Program through ASLI - the Astronomical Society of Long Island - of which, Christina is a member. Tonight Christina will be helping fifty 5th Graders and their Parents learn more about our Moon and also about Jupiter and its 63 moons. They will be looking through telescopes and asking Christina questions about just about anything they can think of. This is one of the things Tina loves most about being a member of ASLI... interacting with students, lecturing and helping people to understand that our Universe is an immense place.. full of wonder... that we have so much still to learn about space. Good luck tonight Christina... I know you are going to do an amazing job!
