So the United States Government is probably paying Uruguay - TopicsExpress

So the United States Government is probably paying Uruguay millions to take GITMO Terrorism inmates and is probably going to pay these inmates some kind of lifetime stipend. Meanwhile, between 150,000 and 200,000 combat veterans are homeless every night and dont get squat. Then comes the Presidents executive order, which will pave the way for millions and millions of unlawful outsiders to gain amnesty making them eligible for citizen benefits. These benefits are expensive and help keep families together, but homeless veterans often lose their families because they are unable to provide for them. Meanwhile the homeless veteran population which is relatively high, the government and VA only has about 8,000 beds available at any one time, yet ICE probably has enough beds to house well over 50,000 detainees. How many beds does the Bureau of Prisons have, is it not pathetic that prisoners get three hots, a cot, and vocational rehabilitation...while the VA homeless education program is grossly underfunded and does not come close to what the Bureau of Prisons provides hardened criminals. How ridiculous is it that the Government bailed big businesses out, but wont provide war zone pensions to combat veterans, which would be a fraction of the bailout cost. Then you look at the federal governments own hiring practices, less than ten percent of the government workforce are disabled veterans...yet a veteran who makes a hiring complaint are often ignored by the man, but god forbid someone makes an affirmative action hiring complaint and they get swift action and answer from governments Human Rights/Inspector General/EO officer. Not quite fair is it, that combat veterans are treated like second class citizens, yet they answered the call when America needed them...
