So the majority of my Christmas dinner was healthy! Turkey breast joint - super lean! Carrots, parsnips, mulled wine red cabbage, braised sprouts and cabbage with diced bacon (forgive me the bacon!) sweet potato mash with homemade apple sauce (apples and honey and cinnamon) and Pulled pork. My stuffing was made from hazelnuts, orange zest, fresh sage and breadcrumbs. My roasties were naughty but no goose fat! And of course my healthy pigs in blankets :)
