So the scan today confirmed that I have Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension caused by Hydrocephalus (high pressure in my skull caused by a build-up of fluid on my brain as my body makes to much). Treatment includes medication, lumber punctures and possibly in the long term surgery as this is going to be with me for the rest of my life. On a positive note, they are going to do a quick procedure that means I should be allowed home soon. :D
