So the transfer of my house went through yesterday. It was meant to be done on Friday 28th, but since i moved the big stuff last weekend, i gave permission to Attorneys to let it go through. Since they phoned and asked, cause they were ready to finalize. I was being naaaaise ... Attorney assured me that there was no rush, just finalizing because they are ready. They will be in contact. Transfer went through aprox 11h20 Teusday. And then the fun began ... Well madam new owner harassed me with phone calls, until i switched my phone off. She wanted me to come out of work and give her her key immediately. Since it was her house now. She has the right to her house, the attorney told her so ... The more i try to explain that i was still living in it till now, i have to get my stuff out, please understand im still at work. The more she proceeded to scream and shout. She just could not understand why i can not do it NOW. So ok, i ask to give her key at 6pm. Gives me time to load stuff ive been using into car, it will take two trips. The dogs coming with on the second drive. IT DID NOT SUIT HER, I MUST GIVE KEY AT 5 !!!!! I said calmly i will do my best, but i can not promise that i could get through traffic that fast. BUT no no no she is standing in front of my house at 4h30, phoning every 10 min. Im waiting, why you not give me my key ? Its my house now, you better come. I try try try, not getting through to her, to explain that most robots are dead through Walmer and it is taking longer in traffic. Response: We had arrangement for 5, you better be here, I call the police WOW ! I get there and a whole mob gets out of their car, follow me into my living space and starts taking my groceries and cutlery out of the cupboards. (I immediately put the dogs in the back of the bakkie upon arrival, so they not under foot. ) At this point i calmly took one dog out the bakkie and the whole dam family scurried upstairs. Where they stayed untill i finished getting my last goods into bakkie. What an experience !! Not the attorney NOR the selling agent was of any help. Mam, the arrangement is between you guys now. We did our work I wanted , EXPECTED, someone to at least explain to this WITCH of a person that things do not work this way. You meet each other half way. You can not throw the person out like that. Since she obviously was not hearing me well enough. Well toodle-doe to my old home. I left peacefully. She started a life there with BAD KARMA.
