So, there I was at Payless on a Monday when you really dont expect to run into anyone...and I was really dressed in my bahaki (sp?) attire. For some reason, I knew I needed stuff...and after a long day...I really didnt care how I looked. Heck, my clothes didnt even match (I honestly dont let that happen!!!)...and...Lo and Behold...I ran into two people whom I really care about: my wonderful godson and a former student who is like a son to me. And, to my surprise...I didnt even care how I looked! I must really love them so much....and I totally feel comfortable with them...because the joy of seeing them overpowered my embarrassment for not putting a little more effort into my appearance before heading to the store! It kind of taught me a mini lesson...if people really care about each other...they do not see the cover of the book...only the real person behind that cover! What a MARVELOUS DAY! I feel BLESSED!!!!
