So this is what its gonna look like... Nice! But the two major concerns are that it will be on land which, if and when reclaimed, will not only disrupt the already fragile marine ecosystem of Manila Bay and virtually eliminate a bird sanctuary for 80 species of migrant and resident birds, but might also cause major flooding in low-lying parts of Manila. It would also just congest an already congested Manila with commuter traffic. Why not build this outside Metro Manila instead and expand growth opportunities instead of concentrating on an already constricted metropolis?
