So this is whats for dinner tonight. Im going to call it Burrito casserole. Its a bunch of layers of goodness that I put together. Starting from the first layer. Home made Spanish rice, ground beef and onion with taco seasoning, can of black beans, can of refried beans, layer of corn, layer of crushed tortilla chips (pic of the chips I used is included in the pic), layer of cheese. I just need to pop it in the oven for the cheese to melt. As you can see from the last pic I couldnt wait till tonight. Lol.... Its so so so good.
