So today I maxed out @ 3:11 in Insanity Max 30.... One of the biggest reasons I struggle so much is the jumping. Not only do I encourage people with joint issues to stabilize the area with braces Such as my knee braces for example BUT I also recommended following a modifier. If youre doing a program or workout that doesnt have one, IMPROVISE! I cant do too much jumping because well mainly TBH.... Post-baby-bladder issues. I know EMBARRASSING! But i have no problem sharing what I DO because of this situation. I take it low impact but push to be in full force to make sure my body still feels the work. It doesnt make you weaker and it definitely isnt going to reflect your results because your body recognizes you doing work. It doesnt tell your muscle that youre doing mountain climbers - its telling your muscles to keep that flipping core right and fight the fat! CHEERS to my weekend warriors! It feels good to be back!
