So we are off....I am trying new dishes to finish my beautiful cookbook. Two wonderful ladies from my job have offered their time and talent to sow into my book. One will take photos of the food, and the other wants to design the cover of my book. Tonights dish I am doing sauted Squash, Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Onions in Olive Oil and Soul Food seasoning, we will add some Jumbo Shrimp and garnish the plate with some beautiful Fresh Pineapple.
