So went to Taco Bell this morning after work to try their breakfast. Heres what I got: Combo #14 which includes the AM Crunch Wrap (with sausage), a 2 pack of Cinnabon bites, and got orange juice (which is a .50 upgrade) as well as the infamous Waffle Taco. Orange juice is pre-bottled tropicana (about 10 oz) wasnt cold, which is kind off odd. The AM crunch wrap was awesome. Had some of the spicy sauce which is used on the quesadillas. Everything inside and out was hot, potatoes inside were crispy. The cinnabon bites were okay, kinda lukewarm. Not bad tho. Now the main event: The waffle taco. Fail on so many levels. The waffle was tasteless and very soft (i like waffles somewhat crispy), the little bit of syrup included was okay, but not enough to save it. Avoid it. Price Rundown: Breakfast Combo 4.49 + .50 upcharge for OJ (i believe soft drinks and coffee are included in the price) $4.99. Waffle Taco $1.99 Post-tax: $7.40 AM Crunch Wrap w/ Sausage: 5/5 Cinnabon Bites: 3.5/5 (best if theyre hot) Waffle Taco w/ Sausage 1/5 (for all the hype, complete let down)
