So when I started out my weight loss journey, I got over whelmed with the whole calories in and calories out thing. I mean, how do you know if it is even right. So I started my Paleo journey with high fat low carb combined. I started looking at my fat/protein/carb intake instead of calories. It worked so much better than fretting over if I ate too much or didnt do enough. So now I try to eat by ratio, which in turns helps the hormones in my body keep my weight off without doing crazy things like working out for hours at a time. Believe me, I would love a very toned body, but I just dont want it bad enough yet. I am looking at the real picture. The keep my 50 pounds off picture I have been able to maintain with Paleo alone.
