Soccer teams will be formed soon for the upcoming season. If you havent signed up, forms can be picked up from Foods, and Days Gym in Clearlake; you can also download forms from the website. The fee is $45 per child. We will be wearing the reversible uniforms from last year. If you need to purchase one, they are $35 and will be sold at the beginning of the season. Forms can be mailed to: PO BOX 3737, Clearlake, CA 95422. Games will begin after Labor Day.
