So, when you choose your next soft/sports drink you are essentially bathing your teeth in liquid sugar. Sugar produces acid which dissolves the surface of your teeth and creates cavities. If you must drink them these are some helpful tips but the best one would be to give them up. Use a straw. Do not drink for extended periods of time.
