Lets look at St Louis county, 1 million people (according 2012 census), St Clair county, about 270,000... About 14.5% of us population is black. Thats roughly 184,000. About 75% of Americans are 18 or over. Thats 134,000. Lets just divide by 2 for gender. Thats 69,000. Lets say theres about 10 -12k in each 10 year age bracket (20-30, 30-40, ect) That means only about let say 1500-1700 ppl are the same age & gender as you in this 1,198 sq mile area.... Thats not a lot of people.
