Some of you animal advocates make things unbearable for the rest of us advocates! I went to the clip clop back in March...these horses are not abused or neglected. I would say a few changes of improvement should be done but by no means are these horses abused or neglected! Please do not sit here and tell the rest of us that your rescues and sanctuaries have room for these horses should they need a forever home, when we have thousands and thousands of our horses going to slaughter EVERYDAY DAMN DAY! Focus on the horses and foals that REALLY NEED OUR HELP! The horses in NYC should not be in heavy traffic areas of the city and the stalls can definitely use upgrades in size...other than that youre points are moot! I am a born and raised New Yorker who recently moved out of the city, mostly because Im not fond of the mayor by any stretch when it comes to the welfare of New Yorkers. However, as much as I hate to agree with him, on this subject, I do. You people have lost your minds! Get crackin on saving the horses transported out to Canada and Mexico for slaughter. You can start making yourselves useful by getting off the NYC sidewalks and put that energy into going to auctions and saving them OR helping out with the wild horses being round up and held in pens than sent to slaughter! ARE YOU PEOPLE KIDDING ME??!!! You look and sound like idiots out there...dont put all of us advocates in the same category as yourselves...we actually give a damn about all the horses!!!
