Some people have found the sudden urge to defend cops by posting these awesome videos of them being heroic. Heres what you fail to realize. We dont hate all cops. Officer Gregory in VA is one of my favorite people! Great mentor and community man and does wonderful things. I work with a RPD officer Millbrook High and he and I help mannnnnnny more kids than he arrests! Even the Chief down in Ferguson, he is doing a great job of reaching out to the community and trying to bring peace. What we have a problem with is injustices. Why was Eric Garner choked to death and he did NOTHING wrong. Why was Sean Bell murdered and did NOTHING wrong? Why is the military shooting at news reporters and photographers when they are just doing their job in Ferguson? You see, secret racism comes out when their is an issue like this. Blacks act like its only a black problem (although its much larger of a black problem than other races). Whites jump right out there and start trying to justify why its ok to kill a thug from the ghetto. And then there are the rest of us that purely see a problem, not a color because mentioning that comes off wrong. And if the problem isnt corrected, then everyone loses. Speak out against injustice! Speak our against whats wrong. Pray for humanity. If youre doing anything else then its possible that you are part of the overall problem.
