Some stories are too funny not to share, so consider this my Friday Funnyand Ill try to give a condensed version of it: As a courtesy, I called a spa in the heart of Atlanta that was using the term SPArties, which I own the federal trademark to, therefore, anyone else using it is in violation to my legal rights from the government and subject to legal action from my attorney. For most people its an oversight and they change it right away and are gracious I didnt pursue suit against them, which I have every right to do. The woman who answered the phone and carried on the conversation with me had the most pleasant, beautiful British accent, which fit perfect for a spa, but I did find odd for that part of the country. Well the more we spoke, the more she kept looking for ways to argue with me - sweetly in her British accent. Finally when for one last time I politely explained to her, YOURE IN VIOLATION, she snapped and her inner NeNe Lekes came out! DAYUMMMMMM, I did NOT even recognize the voice - but knew it was Atlanta! I couldnt even converse with her any further as I was laughing so hard listening to her. I finished the call by saying, OK, Im going to go now, and youll be hearing from my attorney, as clearly nothing about you or your spa is your own or real and you like to plagiarize! LOL.... I know imitation is the greatest form of flattery, but I really cant believe what I heard...SMH!!! #jerseygirlskeepitreal
