Someone made a good point to me today. When a sales person sells you something that they are really nice to you because they want your business but after the sale a few weeks or a couple of years later they no longer have any interest in you and if they do it feels contrived. But what they do not realize is that you make it possible for them to have a paycheck and without us old or previous customers no one would buy their products and their would no paychecks for them. So sales people should always be courteous and polite. Because a little courtesy goes a long way.
