Someone stole a riding lawnmower valued at $500 from the yard of a home in the 2800 block of S.E. 145th Street. Deputy Woolf observed a stolen 2013 Chevrolet Camaro parked at the Relax Inn, on East Silver Springs Boulevard. The suspect, Barbara Cooper was located in her room and deputies could see there were several used and unopened needles. Barbara was gathering her belongings, which included a jacket that contained: Xanax, three small baggies of heroin, and a white powdery substance contained within the baggie was meth. She was arrested and transported to the gold star hotel. Someone entered the fenced in yard and forcibly entered the shed located in the 800 block of S.E. 126th Place and stole a Johnson 6.5 horsepower boat motor valued at $3,000. A home in the 8300 block of SE 158th Place was broken into and someone stole a couch set valued at $4500. Units responded to a home on Water Track Loop in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival the back sliding glass door was found shattered and it appeared items were stolen. The victims discovered electronics, jewelry, and purses valued at $3,000 were taken. Deputy Ogletree responded to the 3700 block of S.W. 147th Lane Road and made contact with the victim who reported that he was run out of the house by his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Bregenzer. The victim was in bed with his girlfriend when Nicholas came in the home and threatened the victim with a pistol. Witnesses verified the victim’s story and Nicholas Bregenzer was arrested and transported to the gold star hotel. Deputy Joseph responded to a home on Palm Road earlier in the shift in reference to a disturbance involving James Nicone, during which time, James became uncooperative and stated he would file a complaint. A short time later, the he called 911 and asked to speak to a patrol supervisor which he was told would call him and not to dial 911 unless it was an emergency. James proceeded to call 911 three more times and he did not have an emergency. He was arrested for 4 counts of Misuse of 911. That is all for this Monday.
