Something very personal. Ive always looked and felt that I the best version of me weighed in at 185lbs. Im six feet tall and my body just feels right at 185 lbs. It happened gradually and almost so subtly that I honestly didnt notice it until I literally couldnt fit into my jeans and shirts, but my weight reached 206 lbs and peaked there in January of this year. I had stopped training, stopped eating well and it turned into the classic definition of letting yourself go. You can blame it on stress or work or growing a business or whatever - but I had essentially just stopped taking care on me. Fast forward to the end of March just after my birthday. I started training again. I was shocked by how much strength and endurance I had lost. I had moved so little for so long that I could literally feel my body waking up again. That first days pre-workout stretch felt more amazing than I can politely describe here. The workout itself - one of Lisa-Marie BodyRock.Tv Host a real time routines kicked my ass all over the place. I havent hit every day. My eating hasnt always been spot on. But since that day in March Ive kept my awareness on how often I train and what I stick in my mouth. Ive been more consistent than not over the last few months and today I made it back to the 80 s for the first time. I weighed in at 189 - just a few pounds away from my ideal. I wanted to share this with you guys because if your running a fitness movement and you can fall of the wagon as Lisa calls it then anyone can lose their way. Everything anyone could possibly need is on our Facebook page daily - I reached out for it and you can too. I will update you guys on my progress again soon. Im back comfortably in my clothes and more importantly feel alive and connected to my body. Thanks for your support.
