Sometimes when I get on a roll as I seem to be right now Ill get an idea to develop for a show or two on RTDS.ca, and something unexpected will come along and shove that working idea off the tarmac and taxi for take-off. Thats just happened as after asking my FB community for songs about footwear (projected as 2 shows) when a batch of songs suggested but which didnt fit spun off into a show specifically about WALKING. I sequenced it Monday night and recorded it Tuesday morning, marking down more songs all the while I was recording--and so WALKING AGAIN is nearly complete now. It presented itself and demanded I get it in tonight. Both are really eclectic shows that draw some unexpected connections thru the sequencings. These will be coming beginning week after next. THEN probably some sort of palate cleanser of something completely different before the two Shoes shows followed by the Boots show (with some other assorted footwear as well in that one and likely some leftover walking. Been feeling low, and doing shows like these is how I blast thru that! Any day I do some creative work is never a fully wasted day.
