Sorry, I had high hopes. Heres how the show was developed: Hey, we need something engaging that wont let go. How about, As The World Turns? Awesome. People get hooked by soap operas all the time! But we want to draw the young demographic, women AND men. Okay, lets add some comic-book stuff to it ... And that was how Arrow was born. And Smallville, BTW... Only one redeeming character on the show: Felicity, the secretary. Unfortunately, the writers drag her into the whole soap opera crud from time to time, too.
