Sorry if you disagree but this cocky little college student knew the reaction he was going to get or he wouldnt have been recording. You dont go out looking for conflict and then complain because you get it. If you watch the uncut version ( usatoday/story/news/nation/2013/07/11/dui-viral-video-sheriff-speaks/2509881/ ) you will see everyone else steadily driving right through. Why act like you have something to hide and demand constitutional rights. Too many innocent victims are getting hurt and killed for him to act suspicious and expect to drive right though. Busy night...July 4th... and he was wasting every bodies time to prove a point? smh
